Measure each nail at its widest point in millimetres, then compare your measurements with the chart below.
How to measure your nails
- With a soft measuring tape: place the tape across the widest curve of each nail and record the width in millimetres.
- With paper or clear tape: place it across the widest curve, mark both side edges, then measure the distance between the marks with a ruler.
If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.
